Founded by Piyush Bagad, a construction professional with strong academic credentials and hands-on experience across the United States, Niesen blends technical accuracy with field-proven insight. Piyush holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and has contributed to renowned firms including Suffolk, CRB, and Thornton. He has successfully managed a range of roles—from Estimator and Construction Engineer to Assistant Project Manager—on projects spanning public infrastructure, commercial buildings, and life science facilities.

After working in the U.S. from 2019 to 2023, Piyush returned to India due to visa limitations and launched Niesen as a remote partner for General Contractors and Subcontractors across the U.S. and Canada.

Since 2023, we’ve operated round-the-clock, delivering dependable, cost-effective remote solutions tailored to support your estimating, bidding, and project coordination needs. With deep on-site experience and a strong grasp of North American construction practices, we are equipped to serve your project—efficiently, affordably, and remotely.
